Please fill out this form if you are sure you would like to put a deposit on one of our puppies. The information you provide helps us determine if you’re prepared for a puppy. We also use these forms for record-keeping purposes, so we would very much appreciate it if you would fill it out.

It is a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. In most cases, a deposit is put on a specific puppy. However, if several puppies you’re interested in are a little older (above 8-9 weeks) and ready to go home, you may place a deposit and choose between two or three puppies in person.

Once we have received your official reservation form, you may send your deposit via Venmo, or Zelle, or you may place your deposit here on our website with a credit or debit card.
